1. Encourage attendees to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX, beyond the stereotypical career options the black community sees
2. Show it is possible through living examples to create a mindset shift
3. Provide a platform to learn & expand our horizons and plant a seed of actively working hard to achieve our goals.
